At Dos Olivos Markets, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping options:

• Flat Rate Shipping: Enjoy flat rate shipping of $12.99 for all domestic orders.
• Free Shipping: Orders of $119.99 or more (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping at checkout.

Important Notes:

• Free Shipping Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to:
  • Frozen items
  • Products requiring refrigeration
  • Items weighing 1 Kilo+ individually
  • Fragile items such as Vichy Catalan Waters, or any other glass water items which require special packaging to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. Additional shipping costs may apply for these items.
• Perishable Products: Items marked as perishable are carefully packaged and can only be shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure freshness. These may require next-day shipping and incur additional shipping charges.

Processing Times:
All orders will be shipped on the same day as long as they are placed by 2 PM CST on that day. If not, they will go out until the next business day. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
