From birth, our Ibérico pigs are naturally raised and ethically fed on custom-milled cereals until they reach 40–50 kg. They are then moved to open oak woodlands (dehesas), where they feed on grass, roots, and acorns—developing the rich marbling and signature nutty flavor that define true acorn-fed Ibérico ham.
