Our Black Salt Flakes (300 grams & 1.5 kilograms) are a different type of salt; crunchy, delicate and so fine that it dissolves when it touches the lips. They originate in the minerals from the underground rivers of Villena – Alicante. They are crunchy flakes with intense bouquet that blend on any plate, enhancing all types of foods. Season when serving.
