20 Minute Moroccan Ground Beef Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Moroccan Olive Grove Bold & Dynamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 heads garlic, diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/3 cup diced red and green bell peppers
- 1 whole tomato, diced
- Handful of chopped cilantro and parsley
- 1 cup Moroccan Olive Grove Harissa
Instructions:
1. Heat the Moroccan Olive Grove Bold & Dynamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and garlic, and sauté until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Cook until it begins to brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Season the beef with salt, pepper, dried parsley, paprika, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well and let cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add the diced bell peppers, tomato, and the cilantro-parsley mix. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
6. Stir in the Moroccan Olive Grove Harissa and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
