This Forest Fruit marmalade (12.4 oz./350 grams) is a lovely raspberry and blackberry marmalade from the region of Aragin, that is the perfect sweet complement to duck, poultry and other games dishes. It also pairs well with tart or sour flavors. Which is why we use this artisanal jam to top our homemade Afuega ‘L Pitu cheese cake. We highly recommend the combo.
