Our favorite is the Send Nudes Pinot Noir from Slo Down winery in Sonoma County, California. This wine has notes of cranberry, clove and vanilla and is more than just the name. A Red Zinfandel, particularly Old Ghost Red Zinfandel from Lodi California, a medium-bodied pour, can be a good choice for the holiday.  Its fruity and peppery characteristics can complement the flavors of turkey and cranberry sauce.
